Features: In the great process of governing the country according to law in China, the scale and level of legal education have also been continuously expanded and improved to provide high-quality legal talents to government agencies, law schools, lawyers, notaries, and other professions. To adapt to this situation, law schools have generally strengthened practical content in teaching, among which a comprehensive and accurate understanding and mastery of legal provisions have become increasingly important for both teachers and students. To provide teachers and students with a systematic, accurate, and authoritative teaching legal series, our press has organized relevant experts to compile this series, "Commercial School Teaching and Judicial Examination Must-Read Regulations," which covers twelve core courses and several elective courses of law schools. The specific details are as follows:
1. Regulations included are based on teaching needs, and those unrelated to teaching are excluded. Among them, regulations that are must-read for the judicial examination are specially marked with "Judicial Examination Regulation" in the table of contents for targeted reference by readers;
2. Experts from institutions such as the Law School of Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, Law School of Peking University, Law School of Tsinghua University, Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Law School of Wuhan University, and Law School of Central University of Finance and Economics have been invited to review the regulations included in each book to ensure the accuracy and applicability of the content;
3. The appendix includes the judicial examination syllabus, an index of legal papers, and free internet resources to provide more convenience for teachers and students.
