Author Bio······Li Yongjun, male, born in 1964. A doctor and postdoctoral fellow in civil and commercial law, currently serving as an associate professor of law at China University of Political Science and Law. A key member of the drafting team for China's new bankruptcy law. His main works include: Principles of Contract Law, Law of Contracts, Research on Bankruptcy Reorganization Systems, Principles and Practices of Negotiable Instruments Law. His influential academic papers include: Comparative Study of Bankruptcy Crimes, The Sources of Contractual Validity and Its Contemporary Justification Theory, and others.
