Features: "China's Judicial Case Selection" is published annually, selecting cases from various types of cases adjudicated by courts at all levels across the country and compiled into four volumes: Criminal Trial Cases, Civil Trial Cases, Commercial Trial Cases, and Administrative Trial Cases. Due to the limited number of intellectual property trial cases and transportation trial cases, which are insufficient to form independent volumes, they are categorized and compiled into the Commercial or Criminal volumes, etc., based on the nature of the cases. During the compilation process of this book, the facts of the cases, the trial process, the grounds for judgment, and the results of handling are fully respected in accordance with actual practices, ensuring objectivity and authenticity. To facilitate readers in understanding the specific trial process, information such as the composition of the trial panels, parties involved in the lawsuit, the time of adjudication, the claims of both sides, the facts of the case as determined, the evidence accepted, and the applicable legal provisions are included. To help readers better understand the reasons for applying the law and the relevant legal theory perspectives involved, explanations are provided, and comments are made on any shortcomings in the judgment. Some versions also include brief legal term explanations in the appendix.
