Features: According to the survey, both teachers and students place great importance on the combination of teaching materials and legal regulations in the process of "teaching" and "learning." However, a common issue is the lack of a well-established set of materials that can be conveniently adopted. Many teachers have to continuously photocopy relevant materials and distribute them to students, which is highly inconvenient. Therefore, we decided to organize the publication of the "Teaching Regulations" series to meet the needs of faculty and students in law schools for "teaching" and "learning." This series consists of over 20 volumes, published according to the core or major courses set up in higher education law programs in China. Each book is closely aligned with the textbook and is organized as much as possible in the order of textbook chapters, including important laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and judicial interpretations. It should be noted that, considering the needs of teaching, we have also included some documents that have been abolished or provided a comparison between old and new versions.
To enable faculty and students to make full use of this series, we have included a "Study Notes" section. Its purposes are twofold: first, to indicate the question-setting trends of past judicial exams (including the bar exam); second, to serve as a note-taking tool for readers during their study. Additionally, this series provides annotations for key laws. During the editorial process of this series, we consulted opinions from some law schools across the country. Whether in terms of topic selection, organizational order, or the documents included, we received strong support from relevant teachers in related disciplines. We sincerely express our gratitude here.
