Features: This book is compiled based on the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant judicial interpretations and regulations, to meet the needs of criminal investigation departments in public security organs. According to the Public Security Department's Regulations on the Division of Jurisdiction for Criminal Cases, criminal investigation departments are responsible for 114 types of criminal cases, while public order management departments handle 97 types. To actively cooperate with public security organs in criminal investigations and promptly and accurately combat criminal activities, the Editorial Committee of the "Practical Series for Public Security Police Business" organized the compilation and publication of the book "Criminal Case Determination Boundaries and Penalties—Comprehensive Interpretations of 97 Criminal Offenses within the Jurisdiction of Public Order Management Departments and Selected Judicial Interpretations" in March of this year, which has been well-received by public order management departments and academic institutions. In light of this, we have specially invited Comrade Chen Guangning to compile the book "Criminal Case Determination Boundaries and Penalties—Comprehensive Interpretations of 114 Criminal Offenses within the Jurisdiction of Criminal Investigation Departments and Selected Judicial Interpretations" to meet the needs of public security organs in handling criminal cases. This book is compiled based on the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant judicial interpretations and regulations.
