Features: Wang Quansheng, male, born in 1968, from Tongcheng, Anhui Province, is a Ph.D. in law, a leading figure in higher education science in Anhui Province, and an associate professor and deputy department head of the Political and Legal Department at Huaibei Coal Industry Teachers College. In 1952, he graduated from the Political Department of Anhui Normal University, earning a Bachelor's degree in law; in 1995, he graduated from the School of Economic, Political, and Law of Anhui Normal University, earning a Master's degree in philosophy; and in 2002, he graduated from the Law School of Peking University, earning a Ph.D. in law. His main research fields are jurisprudence and legislative studies. He has published the monograph Research on Legislative Hearings, translated works such as Jurisprudence, Volume 3 and World Rules of Procedure, and co-edited works such as Knowledge Economy and Law and Zhongguancun Legislative Research. He has led multiple provincial and ministerial-level research projects, such as the Anhui Provincial Social Science Planning Project Research on the Efficiency of Local Legislation. He has published over forty academic papers, including more than ten in national-level journals.
