Features: In order to provide a platform for criminal law scholars to exchange ideas and a venue to showcase research achievements, after long-term deliberation and planning, with the strong support of the Research Center of the China University of Public Security Press, the "Wuhan University Criminal Law Forum" was established. Rooted in the picturesque campus of Wuhan University, generations of Qixue University scholars have diligently cultivated the field of criminal law, achieving remarkable accomplishments and forming their own disciplinary characteristics. The "Wuhan University Criminal Law Forum" primarily publishes research papers in the fields of "Chinese Criminal Law," "Foreign Criminal Law," "Comparative Criminal Law," "Criminal Policy," "Criminal Procedure," "Criminology," and "Penology." Our purpose is to take great interest and enthusiasm in major theoretical and practical issues in the field of criminal law, adhering to the principle of "a hundred flowers blooming and a hundred schools of thought contending," and advocating independent thinking and free dialogue in academic research. We are open to diverse theoretical perspectives and academic styles. Whether it is the profound insights of renowned scholars or the innovative ideas of young academics, as long as they are well-reasoned and valid, we are happy to adopt them.
