Case: "Student Sues School for Tort"
The plaintiff in this case is a pair of university students who are dating. During their relationship, the male student accidentally caused the female student to become pregnant. The school considered them to have violated school regulations, with the situation being serious, and imposed a decision to expel them. The two students appealed to the court through administrative litigation, requesting the court to revoke the school's disciplinary decision and compensate the plaintiffs for their mental damages.
