New Trends in Criminal Law (Volume 1·2004) comprehensively summarizes and organizes the research achievements on 48 aspects based on more than 2,300 criminal law papers published and over 200 criminal law books released in 2004. In this book, we strive to summarize and reflect the new developments in each topic's research in 2004. At the same time, we also consider some research achievements that may not be innovative but are still introduced appropriately in this book to provide new research materials for criminal law researchers and learners.
