Society has always been unfair to women, making it seem as though achieving any desire is an uphill battle. This necessitates relying on a man's strength and luck. As a result, women place all their hopes in marriage—poor women desire wealth, lowly women aspire to status, the weak seek support, and passionate women hope for a husband who is both brave and compassionate, as well as perceptive and wise.
