However, China has a limited number of microelectronics textbooks, and their content and structure cannot reflect the level of technological development or meet the needs of talent cultivation. Therefore, we have systematically selected a series of classic international textbooks and cutting-edge works and organized their publication in batches. The selection criteria for the books are as follows: they are widely adopted in the field, with significant influence; their content reflects the latest developments in science and technology and covers research hotspots in the field; their writing style and structure differ greatly from existing domestic books, offering inspiration for educational reform in China's microelectronics field. This series also emphasizes the practicality of microelectronics technology, selecting a number of engineering books on integrated circuit design to facilitate readers in applying them to practice. This series can serve as textbooks and teaching reference materials for relevant courses, as well as self-study resources for engineering professionals.
