How to treat semen that does not liquefy better?

Patient's question:

Feeling very uncomfortable in the private area, that feeling is indescribable, it affects work and life very much, and it's quite troublesome. How is it better to treat semen not liquefying? This situation has recently appeared, and it's not improving much, making me quite worried.

Doctor's answer:

Ejaculate liquefaction failure is commonly caused by conditions such as seminal vesiculitis and prostatitis, which lead to insufficient secretion of fibrinolytic enzymes by the prostate; deficiencies in trace elements (such as magnesium, zinc, etc.); or congenital absence of the prostate. It is generally believed that the secretions from the prostate and seminal vesicles contribute to the coagulation and liquefaction processes of semen. The coagulation factor produced by the seminal vesicles causes semen to coagulate, while the liquefaction factors produced by the prostate, such as protease and fibrinolytic enzymes, liquefy semen. If inflammation occurs in the seminal vesicles or prostate again, it can disrupt the secretion of these factors once more, leading to an increase in coagulation factors or liquefaction factors, resulting in liquefaction failure of semen.
