How is cerebral palsy in children treated?

The child has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, primarily caused by jaundice. The child cannot hold objects or speak. There are severe equinus, scissor gait, and high muscle tone. Can NCR be used for regenerative treatment? Contact me, urgently, thank you!

Common symptoms of cerebral palsy usually include foot pointing downward when held, standing on tiptoes in a ballet-like posture, and in some cases, even crossing legs in a scissor-like position.
2. At 2-3 months, the infant does not smile, lift their head, or open their fingers.
3. At 4-5 months, the infant cannot roll over; by 8 months, they still cannot sit, grasp, or bring their hands to their mouth. Additionally, their intellectual development lags behind that of normal peers.
4. Symptoms of cerebral palsy may include difficulty feeding, weak sucking, swallowing difficulties or easy choking, and vomiting.
5. General weakness and limp or stiff limbs are also symptoms of cerebral palsy.
6. The infant’s mouth does not close properly, and their crying is weak or intermittent with sharp screams.
