Features: This book is a research outcome of the "Reform Plan for Teaching Content and Curriculum System in Higher Education Towards the 21st Century" by the Ministry of Education. It is the second edition of the textbook "Corporate Accounting" for the 21st century and also a national-level planning textbook for the 15th Five-Year Plan. This revision fully reflects the accounting standards of the newly promulgated "Corporate Accounting System" and has made significant changes to the textbook structure. For example, the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh chapters of the previous edition have been combined into two chapters: "Valuation of Current Assets" and "Valuation of Non-Current Assets." Additionally, a new chapter titled "Analysis and Evaluation of Financial Reports" has been added, and the chapter structure of other sections has also been adjusted.
