Which hospital is better for epididymitis and relatively safer?

Patient's question:

This situation has been going on for a while. I always feel like there's fluid accumulation in the testicles, and they are red and swollen. However, because it's that particular area, it's a bit embarrassing to see a doctor. I did some research and think it might be epididymitis. Could you please recommend a hospital that is both better and safer for treating epididymitis?

Doctor's answer:

Acute orchitis is commonly caused by Escherichia coli, followed by Proteus, Staphylococcus, Enterococcus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, among others. Chlamydia can also lead to acute orchitis. The pathogenic bacteria typically enter the epididymis through the reverse flow of the vas deferens. Chronic orchitis is more frequently diagnosed in clinical practice. Some patients develop chronic orchitis due to inadequate or incomplete treatment of acute orchitis. The majority of patients do not have a history of acute recurrence but often suffer from chronic orchitis. Tuberculous orchitis, also known as epididymal tuberculosis, is usually caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis spreading from the kidneys to the prostate, seminal vesicles, and then to the epididymis. In some cases, it is transmitted hematogenously. Orchitis tends to recur, requiring long-term medication for management.
