Features: This textbook is based on the author's teaching experience and the latest achievements in the teaching and research of constitutional case law both domestically and internationally. The main features of this book are: (1) It introduces and analyzes various constitutional cases from both the perspectives of experience and facts, based on the analysis of constitutional principles in constitutional case law. (2) It analyzes representative constitutional cases from countries around the world, grounded in the traditions and values of constitutional culture, providing useful materials or methodological insights for the study of different constitutional litigation systems. (3) When selecting and reviewing constitutional cases, it strives to seek commonalities and individualities in constitutional development through comparative analysis of different systems. (4) In terms of the structure of case analysis, it does not categorize cases by country but divides them into three parts—general principles of constitutional review, general principles of fundamental rights, and general principles of governing institutions—based on the theoretical system of constitutional law. This enables readers to understand the general constitutional principles implied in different forms of constitutional cases. (5) The over 100 constitutional cases introduced in this book from more than 20 countries are primary sources, providing a relatively accurate reflection of the most representative constitutional cases in each country. Additionally, to facilitate readers' comprehensive understanding of the constitutional provisions cited in each case, relevant constitutional provisions are appended to every case.
