Modigli's comics possess a distinct artistic personality and unique style. He employs vibrant colors and transcendent, surreal imagination in his works, creating an atmosphere of rich romanticism. Additionally, Modigli integrates his unique insights into life, giving his works profound intellectual depth. Overall, his works are humorous, engaging, accessible to both the refined and the masses, and suitable for all ages, adding a vibrant touch to our ordinary lives.
In Modigli's comics, the role of desire in a person's body is the same as its role in real life—it governs. In his works, certain basic scenes recur repeatedly. First, a person attempts to conquer a member of the opposite sex; second, a person tries every means to eliminate another. Modigli only needs two characters, who are actually very similar: a man and a woman. They both have the same round bellies and potato-shaped noses. However, using such noses as the breasts of a female character is Modigli's original creation. Moreover, his ideas are uniquely inventive. Over the years, humorists worldwide have agreed that the theme of "island" has become exhausted. Yet Modigli always manages to create something fresh. The same applies to the theme of giraffes—over the past decades, the long necks of giraffes seem to have been thoroughly exploited by humorists.
