Second, through a systematic study of the factors that affect entrepreneurial innovation behavior, this paper argues that the failures of Chinese entrepreneurs during the transition from a planned economy to a market economy have profound social, political, technological, and cultural roots. The combination of this external objective environment and the personal subjective conditions of entrepreneurs makes entrepreneurial innovation failures inevitable. Third, this paper argues that entrepreneurs, as specific social roles, require specific talents to be competent. Fourth, the elimination of obstacles to entrepreneurial innovation behavior depends on the effective motivation of entrepreneurial innovation behavior. Institutional incentives, intellectual property incentives, and reputation incentives are the main forms of motivation.
