Features: Among the writers in China's literary scene, Haiyan is arguably the only one who has simultaneously captured the attention of the book market and the glory of the screen with both novels and television. From The Cop to A Love Story of a Typhoon, from Never Say Goodbye to Your Life Is So Wonderful, Jade Beauty, and How to Save My Love, Haiyan has forged his own path by blending television and novels. Given this, Haiyan's television literary scripts possess an irreplaceable artistic charm. They are not just ordinary film and television scripts but a brand-new concept of television novels. Readers can savor the authentic essence of the author's novels while also enjoying the spectacular scenes that should have been seen on the television screen—truly a win-win situation. Jade Beauty is one of Haiyan's most romantic and idealistic works. Its fluent and melancholic language, combined with its roller-coaster plot, unfolds a heart-stirring and extraordinary love story. Love and ideals are perfectly intertwined.
