Features: All efforts of this series of books ultimately boil down to three specific goals and pursuits: life, exams, and creation. Writing is intended to help students better adapt to social life and lay a foundation for entering society, which is also the fundamental orientation of quality education. To this end, we have designed writing guides and training for various practical writing formats. While fully encompassing the types of practical writing prescribed by the new curriculum standards, we have also expanded the scope to include some new and common practical writing styles. It is undeniable that students' writing ultimately needs to address exams. In this regard, the series is meticulously designed, balancing urgency and relaxation, adopting a dual-track system: on one hand, exam skills are integrated into the regular content, broken down into smaller parts and tackled one by one; on the other hand, in the grades nearing graduation—fifth and sixth, eighth and ninth, and eleventh and twelfth—knowledge closely related to exam content and format is introduced in a concentrated manner, striving to achieve a breakthrough in scores and thus realizing the ideal alignment of quality education and exam-oriented education. This series aims to popularize while also catering to improvement. Starting from the eleventh and twelfth grades, literary appreciation and creation are introduced, bringing students closer to literature and facilitating a qualitative leap in writing towards literature. This is the last major task the series aims to accomplish: sparking interest in literary creation, guiding students into the world of literature, and fostering preliminary shaping of literary appreciation and creative abilities. In the foreseeable future, it is reasonable to hope that from among them, literary giants like Mao Dun, Ba Jin, and Shen Congwen may emerge. We have every reason to expect that the leap in writing education will synchronize with the great rejuvenation of the nation.
