Features: Filing a case is the beginning and a necessary procedure of litigation, and all litigation activities must proceed in accordance with the law from the start of filing. Correctly filing a case requires accurately grasping a series of regulations on filing standards, including case acceptance and jurisdiction. In view of this, we have compiled a practical legal book series on case filing for the benefit of judicial practitioners. As one of the books in the series, "Civil Case Filing Handbook" has the following characteristics:
Up-to-date. Based on the needs of judicial practice in case filing, this book collects relevant judicial interpretations, regulatory documents, and other relevant materials from the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and other relevant departments. All the included documents are the latest and effective.
Comprehensive. This book mainly collects regulations related to the acceptance and jurisdiction of civil and commercial cases, as well as relevant case trial standards. However, due to space limitations, necessary excerpts of judicial interpretations and regulatory documents have been made.
Novel Format. The main part of the book is compiled primarily based on the "Provisional Regulations on the Classification of Civil Cases" promulgated by the Supreme People's Court, and is integrated according to actual judicial practices. The appendix includes provisions on jurisdiction and case filing from the "Civil Procedure Law" and the "Supreme People's Court's Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Application of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China," as well as some judicial interpretations on litigation costs.
