Features: "Yes, Mr. Mayor, I know," Miss Bell said. "You've already said that four times." "Is that so?" the mayor asked. "Oh, well then. Do you like that watch over there, Miss Bell?" Miss Bell looked at the place the mayor pointed to. "What watch?" she asked. "That's strange," the mayor said. "It was right there just a moment ago. Now it's gone! Oh, by the way, all the watches are gone!" "If the watches are gone, someone must have stolen them. Maybe you should call someone," Miss Bell said. "You mean, call the manager to bring out the other watches?" the mayor asked. "No, Mr. Mayor, call someone else. Call the Powerpuff Girls," Miss Bell said impatiently. So the mayor quickly ran to his car to call the Powerpuff Girls' hotline. He had just finished saying, "Powerpuff Girls, hurry! There's trouble at the jewelry store," when the superhero triplets arrived on the scene in seconds, ready to solve the new crisis of Townsville.
"What's wrong, Mayor?" Bubbles asked. "Someone's robbed the store," the mayor said. The Powerpuff Girls looked around to see if they could spot any thieves. "I don't see any thieves," Buttercup said, "unless they're hiding!" Buttercup noticed Miss Snuggles standing outside. "It's Miss Snuggles!" Bubbles shouted loudly. "Let's catch her!" Buttercup said. In desperation, she dashed straight out of the store's front window and grabbed Miss Snuggles.
"Wait, Buttercup," Bubbles said, "we can't just catch her because she's standing there! We know she never does anything good, but we don't have any proof that she stole the jewelry store." "I know this looks bad, but we can only put her in jail if we get proof that Miss Snuggles stole the watches and other jewelry," Bubbles explained. P4-5
