For ease of learning, all Chinese characters in the Japanese texts and example sentences are annotated with their pronunciation. The difficulty level of the texts is designed for beginners of Japanese, starting with the most common and fundamental sentence patterns and vocabulary, with increasing difficulty in each subsequent lesson. The first four lessons focus on basic Japanese sentence structures and the expressions of location, quantity, time, etc. Starting from the fifth lesson, formal articles are introduced.
