I've been married to my wife for many years, but we haven't had any children yet. My wife is physically fine, so how can I determine if it's my problem?

It is generally referred to as infertility when a couple lives together for more than 2 years without any contraceptive measures and the woman does not become pregnant. The incidence rate is about 10%. Among them, factors solely related to the female account for approximately 50%, factors solely related to the male account for about 30%, and factors involving both account for about 20%.
