Features: As a national unified examination for specific legal professions, the National Judicial Examination syllabus and textbooks are updated annually based on current laws and social trends, with increasing difficulty in the exam. So, what are the underlying principles of the exam's question-setting? We believe there are basically three standards: "practical," "frequently tested," and "newly introduced," with the latter two being particularly crucial. The National Judicial Examination is an art of "dropping one subject," and focusing on key review can lead to twice the result with half the effort. Based on the 2006 National Judicial Examination syllabus requirements and the question-setting principles, our group has compiled and published "2006 National Judicial Examination Syllabus: New and Old Comparison and Textbook Supplemental Guidance." We hope to highlight the latest changes in the syllabus and textbooks while helping candidates unlock the mysteries of the exam. To familiarize candidates with new exam points and enhance their understanding and memory of these points, we have also organized some judicial training instructors to write this book.
