Features: The legalization of land management is an important part of China's strategy for "governing the country according to law." To scientifically and rationally utilize land, effectively protect arable land, and promote the sustainable development of the socio-economy, it is essential to integrate all management activities such as land planning, utilization, protection, and supervision into the legal framework. Reviewing this trial textbook, it has the following characteristics:
1. Starting from the basic national conditions of land, guided by the basic national policy of " cherishing land, using it reasonably, and protecting arable land effectively," it introduces the basic content of China's current land policies, laws, regulations, and rules in a relatively comprehensive and accurate manner.
2. It adheres to the academic style of combining theory with practice, emphasizing practicality. It not only focuses on introducing the basic theories and rules of land law but also incorporates the latest and relatively mature research findings in this field.
3. The textbook appropriately increases the content on land administrative law, which is a fundamental requirement of the constitutional principle of "governing the country according to law" and is highly necessary. Since the core of "governing the country according to law" is "governing according to law in administration," improving the level of administrative law compliance among local government land administration departments and their public officials at all levels is key to achieving the legalization of land management.
We believe that this trial textbook will provide significant reference value for university teachers, students, and land management professionals in land resource management and related fields to study and understand China's current land policies and regulations. At the same time, it will also play a certain role in accelerating the process of legalizing land management in China.
