Features: The School of Law at Zhejiang Gongshang University is situated on the beautiful shores of West Lake, a place renowned for its talent and cultural heritage. It serves as a vital base for legal talent cultivation and legal research in Zhejiang Province. The school has gathered a group of knowledgeable and rigorous legal scholars and experts in Zhejiang, and has also nurtured a number of promising young scholars. In recent years, the school has achieved remarkable research results. Faculty members have published over 60 academic books and textbooks, and have published more than 300 academic papers in both domestic and international journals such as The Journal of International and Comparative Law (English), Journal of International Economic Law (English), Legal Research, Chinese Law, Political Science and Law Forum, and China and Foreign Law. Among these, 10 papers have been indexed by SSCI. The school has undertaken more than 40 national, provincial, and ministerial-level research projects, including 2 National Philosophy and Social Science Fund projects, 1 National Natural Science Foundation project, 1 Ministry of Education Overseas Returnee Fund project, 2 Ministry of Justice projects, 1 National Intellectual Property Administration project, 1 Overseas Experts Bureau project, and 5 Zhejiang Social Science Foundation projects.
To assess the school's research level, further encourage faculty to engage in research, and strengthen academic exchanges with sister institutions and legal scholars, the School of Law at Zhejiang Gongshang University compiled this collection of essays, which was published as Zhejiang Gongshang University Law Review. Of course, due to the haste of its compilation and the limitations of our research capabilities and expertise, the collected papers undoubtedly contain many errors. Therefore, we sincerely request the kind readers to offer criticisms and corrections.
