Features: This book is one of the core course textbooks for law majors in 21st-century universities. It is compiled based on the "Basic Requirements for Teaching Civil Law" approved by the Ministry of Education of China. The authors of this book are grounded in the current civil legislation and judicial practices of our country, drawing on and absorbing relatively mature doctrines, case law, and legislation from abroad.
