Publishing Date: 2005-11-01
Features: In 2003 and 2004, the School of Law at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) successively organized two national teaching seminars on "International Commercial Law." Each seminar attracted over 100 frontline teachers engaged in teaching international commercial law to actively participate, exchanging their teaching experiences and research findings. Over the two years, we collected a large number of papers. The essays included in this book are selected from the submissions of the participants, and it also represents a academic achievement of our school in advancing the 211 Project. The essays in this book are divided into several parts based on content: fundamental theories and systematic frameworks of international commercial law, as well as their relationships with adjacent disciplines; theoretical research on specific components of the international commercial law system; discussions on teaching methods; theoretical explorations in related disciplines, etc. To objectively recreate the lively discussion atmosphere at the seminars and the exchanges and debates among scholars with differing views, the selected essays in this book strive to include cutting-edge issues addressed at the seminars, reflect the diverse perspectives and research insights of the researchers, and are not selected based on whether they align with the editors' views. The aim is to objectively and authentically convey the experiences and reflections of international commercial law teachers with frontline teaching experience in teaching international commercial law.
