Features: To help all sectors of society understand and master the newly promulgated "Implementation Rules of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," the comrades responsible for drafting and reviewing the rules in the Legal Affairs Department of the State Council organized the writing of this book on the understanding and application of the implementation rules. Following the provisions of the rules, it systematically introduces the new road traffic safety legal system by combining the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the rules formulated by the State Council's public security departments on matters such as vehicle registration, driver's license management, traffic accident handling procedures, and the handling procedures for traffic violations. They have also selected some recent traffic accident cases for illustrative purposes. It is hoped that this book will be helpful in the study and publicity of the implementation rules.
