Features: With the deep implementation of China's policy of opening up to the outside world, the number of legal professionals involved in foreign-related matters has been continuously increasing, and their political and professional standards also urgently need improvement. To provide systematic teaching materials in this regard, we have invited some experts and scholars to compile a series of foreign-related economic and legal textbooks, including "General Principles of Foreign-Related Economic Law," "Foreign-Related Economic Contract Law," "Foreign-Related Insurance Law," "Foreign-Related Tax Law," "Foreign-Related Accounting Practice," "Customs Law," "Introduction to Negotiable Instruments Law," "International Civil Litigation Procedures," "Foreign-Related Civil Procedure Law," and "Foreign-Related Arbitration." In the future, other titles will be added as needed. This series of textbooks systematically elaborates on the policies, legislation, and judicial practices of foreign economic work, and also introduces the international treaties China has participated in and concluded, as well as relevant international customs. The compilation of these textbooks adheres to the principle of being concise and selective, focusing on providing fundamental principles, legal provisions, and practical skills, while using the latest materials. This series of textbooks is available for training foreign-related lawyers, notaries, judges, and legal advisors in enterprises and institutions. As this is our first attempt to compile a series of foreign-related economic and legal textbooks, and the compilation period was relatively short, there may inevitably be certain shortcomings and errors. We welcome readers' criticism and corrections. The authors who participated in compiling this series of textbooks are affiliated with the following institutions: China University of Political Science and Law, Peking University Law Department, Wuhan University School of Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Insurance Research Institute of the China People's Insurance Company, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Customs, Supreme People's Court, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Dongfang Law Firm of Fujian Province, and Sichuan Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, etc. We sincerely express our gratitude to the support of the aforementioned institutions.
