Features: To adapt to the needs of the network economy and social development in the 21st century, promote the research and discipline construction of network economy and network law at Wuhan University, facilitate the cross-disciplinary integration, and cultivate emerging, interdisciplinary, and marginal disciplines, the "Network Economy and Law Research Center" was established in June 2000 in collaboration between Wuhan University and Shenzhen Jiyouling Company. The book consists of 9 parts and 26 chapters, primarily discussing the basic issues of the network and network law, the impact of the network era on the legal system, and the importance of network legislation.
