This book is divided into four parts. The first part teaches and studies legislative theory, which refers to the theoretical issues and basic categories that are universal and regular in legislative activities. The second part teaches and studies legislative systems, which refers to the various substantive and procedural systems that legislative activities must adhere to as prescribed by relevant laws. The third part teaches and studies legislative processes, which refers to the specific processes of legislative activities as they operate within relevant systems. The fourth part teaches and studies legislative techniques, which refers to the various methods and skills formed in legislative activities that enable legislation to be scientific and correct.
