The papers and translations submitted to this symposium not only fully addressed the issues of privatization itself but also included thematic studies reflecting on the development and transformation of Chinese administrative law in the context of privatization. This volume of "Public Law Studies" is a concentrated showcase and reflection of the symposium's achievements. The works in this volume, to some extent, delineate the future course of Chinese administrative law in the era of transformation. Future administrative studies will continue to focus on refining academic concepts, emphasizing the translation of foreign administrative law and comparative administrative law. At the same time, they will pay greater attention to real-world administrative law issues, advocating colorful, empirical, and case-oriented research. In the face of emerging trends such as globalization, privatization, and informatization, how to construct a self-contained and open modern administrative law in a calm yet enthusiastic manner has become a common challenge for future administrative scholars. "Public Law Studies" is willing to provide an uninterrupted public platform to contribute its modest efforts to the study of public law in our country.
