Does BO hemolysis have a good solution?

Patient's question:

I am O-type blood, and my husband is B-type blood. After pregnancy, a BO hemolytic disease occurred during childbirth, causing the infant to develop jaundice and die, or to develop psychogenic jaundice after jaundice.

Doctor's answer:

ABO hemolysis occurs when the blood types of the mother and fetus are different, leading to hemolytic jaundice after birth. However, you mentioned that the child developed hemolysis on the second day of birth, had a normal brain CT scan, and the jaundice also resolved? Could it be that the jaundice improved without treatment? Are you perhaps not providing a complete description? ABO hemolysis can be treated and does not leave any aftereffects.
