Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. Can an abortion be done at the same time?

Patient's question:

Due to uterine fibroids and ovarian chocolate cysts, I plan to have hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery on May 21st. It has now been discovered that I am unexpectedly pregnant and need an abortion.

Doctor's answer:

For young women with fertility requirements, medication is generally used along with regular follow-up examinations. If the symptoms are severe, the medication is not effective, or there are large cysts in the ovaries, conservative surgery can be used, such as chocolate cyst aspiration of ovarian endometrioma.
