Features: No doctor in China is unfamiliar with Qiu Fazhu, as the five-year medical university curriculum revolves around his books. He is known as a "master of surgery" and pioneered many new surgical methods collectively referred to as the "Qiu School." As a surgeon, Qiu Fazhu is renowned for his precise surgical skills in the field of surgery, earning him the nickname "Qiu School Style." It is said that if he cuts through two pieces of paper, the third piece below will remain untouched. In response, Professor Wu Zai-de, a famous surgical expert in our country, once made the following evaluation: "I have observed many surgeons operate, of course, some are good, but Qiu Professor's Qiu-style is truly authentic. Surgery inevitably involves bleeding, but Qiu Professor operates with meticulous dissection, clear tissue layers, and minimal bleeding." The Qiu School Style is not only distinguished by precision but also by its practice of making as few incisions as possible and stitching as little as needed. Additionally, when selecting surgical instruments, he strives to minimize patient injury. Surgeons can identify whether someone is a student of Qiu Fazhu by merely glancing at their surgical technique. Another special rule Qiu Fazhu followed during surgery was that he would personally count every surgical instrument and piece of gauze before the operation. Throughout his career, his operating table was considered exceptionally safe, and this rigorous medical attitude largely owes to his solid early education and strict training. P23
