The flavors vary, ranging from rich to light, from fresh to astringent, dry to mellow and bitter, each with its own unique characteristics. Understanding the art of tea drinking can also prevent illness and promote beauty. Tea drinking is an art: the quality of the water used to steep tea, the method of brewing, all affect the tea's quality, and the selection of tea leaves is a vast. Observe, smell, touch, and taste—using these four methods to evaluate and select tea leaves can help avoid purchasing inferior or low-quality tea.
