Features: Zhaodong Chinese painting shines with a unique radiance on the contemporary art scene, characterized by its rich life and strong local flavor, attracting widespread attention. Its formation is the result of a long period of nurturing and exploration, pioneered by its leader Chi Chunju, who led his students to gradually forge a realistic creative path rooted in life experience. In recent years, Zhaodong Chinese painting has not only held solo exhibitions but also won multiple awards in national exhibitions, establishing itself as a significant presence in the contemporary Chinese art world. Its rustic artistic style and distinctive fine brushwork have formed unique features that set it apart from other works in any exhibition. The paintings exude a strong sense of local charm, reflecting the author's deep affection for his hometown. As the renowned Chinese painting master Huang Zhu once remarked, "Zhaodong Chinese painting is the life painting of the people of Zhaodong." To support the Zhaodong Municipal Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission in fostering a culture of integrity and humility in society, Zhaodong's painters have dedicated their talents to the major theme of combating corruption, creating many exquisite Chinese painting masterpieces and contributing to Zhaodong's anti-corruption efforts.
