This book is suitable for anyone starting out, regardless of age. Many elderly people, who didn’t do well in English back then, can still use these two books as a starting point. I have used this book to teach several children. At first, I asked them to translate "I am a boy," and they stammered and couldn’t articulate it clearly. After a while, when I asked them the same sentences again, they got annoyed because they had already mastered them so well.
The book comes with a CD. If you don’t recognize the words in the book, you can click on them to hear the pronunciation. The CD also has a dictation function. I hope teachers can help children make full use of the CD.
