Features: Official documents are written materials used by government agencies, public institutions, and enterprises in handling various official matters. They are an important tool for achieving effective organizational management. With the deepening of reform and opening-up, especially the implementation of the civil servant system, learning the writing of official documents has become a trend among government staff. The writing of this book aims to provide a concise textbook for civil servants and adult college students to learn the writing of official documents. The book is divided into three parts: Part "General Theory," which mainly introduces the basic knowledge of general article writing and the basic theory of official document writing. Although the former does not belong to the category of official document writing, it is included in "General Theory" as a supplementary course because it is the foundation for learning official document writing, and most readers have not taken basic writing courses. The second part introduces administrative documents of government agencies. Since there is a separate book on "Administrative Document Writing," to avoid excessive repetition, only five commonly used document types in grassroots agencies are selected in addition to general knowledge. The third part discusses ordinary affairs documents of agencies, totaling 17 types in 10 categories.
