Features: The development of China's securities market has a history of over a decade, having gone through a process from small to large and from imperfect to gradually improved. Over these ten years, the Chinese securities market has experienced ups and downs, and to this day, numerous disputes still exist. This book is edited by Professor and Doctoral Supervisor Fu Qilin of China University of Political Science and Law, with the following contributions from the authors (in the order of chapter writing): Zeng Jinhua: , 6th, 10th, and 18th chapters; Dong Jiaojiao: 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chapters; Zhang Xiaokai: 5th, 14th, and 17th chapters; He Dan: 7th, 9th, and 15th chapters; Fu Qilin: 8th and 16th chapters; Liu Ying: 12th chapter; Chen Lian: 11th and 13th chapters. The cases selected in this book are all highly representative, and a large amount of reference material was consulted during the writing process. The "Case Introduction" section fully pays attention to the authenticity, accuracy, and authority of the cited materials; the "Legal Analysis" section introduces relevant theories of securities law while also conducting comparative analysis or commentary on the current legal system, striving to comprehensively reflect the latest research findings in securities law. Despite the great efforts made by the authors, due to limitations in expertise and time, shortcomings are inevitable, and we sincerely hope for the criticism and corrections of the readers.
