Features: Bao Xinyuan, also known as Xin Yuan, was born in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu in January 1959 and is of Taixing origin. He is a full-time painter at the Zhenjiang Chinese Painting Academy, a National Level 2 Fine Arts Master, a member of the China Artists Association, a specially appointed painter at the Jiangsu Chinese Painting Academy, and a calligrapher. Currently, he is enrolled in the inaugural Landscape Painting Advanced Research Class at the Longrui Studio of the Chinese Painting Research Institute. His works have been featured in numerous publications such as Art, Art Perspectives, Jiangsu Art Magazine, Yangtze Evening News, Rongbaozhai, Oriental Fine Arts, and Chinese Painting Research. He has been invited to exhibit in Japan, South Korea, the United States, Germany, and Singapore, with his works being collected by various institutions. He has published Bao Xinyuan Landscape Painting Collection.
In terms of artistic orientation, Bao Xinyuan consciously integrates his painting into the contemporary context, extending from traditional landscape painting to modern styles. This makes the imagery, poetic expression, and emotional depth in his works more reflective of a modern sensibility, striving to harmonize the rhythm of nature with the rhythm of human life. His paintings achieve a seamless connection between brushwork poetry and formal imagery, showcasing the "spiritual homeland" within his soul.
