Features: The purpose of this book is to explore the legal safeguards for educational financial investment. The book begins with the guiding ideas and principles of legislation on educational financial investment, studies the legislative subjects and procedures for educational financial investment, emphasizes that China must accelerate legislative efforts to formulate comprehensive legal norms for educational financial investment, and proposes learning from foreign legislative experiences to draft laws such as the Law on Educational Financial Investment, the Law on Educational Fund Security, the Special Fund Law for Compulsory Education, local implementation rules for compulsory education investment, and the Education Budget Regulations, thereby accelerating the construction of a modern legal system for public educational financial investment.
