Features: In the process of socialist economic construction in our country, as commercial transactions become increasingly diverse and complex, contracts have entered every corner of social life. At the same time, people's demands for contract drafting have also become increasingly high. However, due to differences in people's abilities, qualities, and knowledge levels, they are unable to accurately understand and use contracts, which brings many inconveniences to their work and sometimes even leads to unnecessary losses in interests. In recent years, many companies have produced various types of standardized contract texts as the basis for negotiations and contract drafting with transaction parties, thereby standardizing the business experience, technical requirements, and legal terms accumulated in certain types of commercial transactions. Relevant government departments have also produced various model contracts as references for enterprises when drafting contracts. On March 15, 1999, the second session of the ninth National People's Congress adopted the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the Contract Law). The Contract Law is the basic law for regulating market transactions and the basic law for the socialist market economy. The implementation of the Contract Law is of practical significance for improving the behavioral norms of the socialist market economy.
