In response to the current state of domestic insurance products, it primarily draws on the experience of American insurance products through comparative analysis and integrates China's national conditions to propose multiple suggestions for the innovation of several key insurance products. The book is divided into two parts, consisting of eleven chapters. Part I discusses the necessity, principles, and directions of insurance product innovation (Chapters 1–7), while Part II focuses on the innovation of life insurance products (Chapters 8–11). Part I begins by elaborating on the necessity, principles, and directions of insurance product innovation. In the property insurance section, it explores the innovation of corporate property insurance, household property insurance, and liability insurance products, and provides an initial discussion on the foundational aspect of property insurance product innovation—non-life actuarial science. In the life insurance section, it investigates the innovation of variable and universal life insurance, corporate annuities, critical illness insurance, and long-term care insurance products. In each chapter of product innovation, multiple suggestions are provided at the end for the innovation of that specific product, serving as a reference for the insurance industry.
