Features: There is also significant controversy in theory regarding the construction of the economic law system. This issue essentially refers to the content that economic law should include or the sub-disciplines that should constitute it. Based on this understanding, the economic law system should be constructed within the scope of its regulation, according to its internal logic. Therefore, the economic law system is jointly composed of macro-control law, micro-regulation law, state participation law, market supervision law, foreign trade control law, environmental and resource protection law, as well as labor and social security law. Among these, macro-control law serves as the overarching framework, micro-regulation law and state participation law as the main body, market supervision law and foreign trade control law as auxiliary components, and environmental and resource protection law and labor and social security law as necessary supplements, thereby forming an organically unified whole of economic law.
