Features: Everyone has their own dreams: either to start a successful business or to become a successful professional. However, if you just think about it without taking action, then nothing can be achieved. Yes, without action, everything is just talk. Only by taking action can your dreams and your career become meaningful. In a person's life, action determines everything, and action is above everything. A person who dares to challenge everything with action is a successful person. Let's look at the experience of John Secrecy, who was called "the most (unyielding person) in Europe" by Abbot J (J). The J family was a wealthy landowner with vast estates near John O. Groot's home in the Toshu region. When Secrecy was 16 years old, his father Groot passed away, and the burden of managing the family's properties fell on his shoulders. At the age of 18, he began large-scale and vigorous reforms in the village where he lived, Kaysen (Kaysen), and achieved great success. At that time, agriculture was still extremely backward. The vast fields were not enclosed, and the farmers did not know how to irrigate or cultivate the land. The farmers in Kaysen lived in poverty; they could not even afford a horse, and most of the hard labor was done by women, who also bore the heavy burden of family responsibilities. There was no decent road in the village, let alone a bridge. Merchants who bought and sold livestock had to cross the river with their animals to the south. A steep, rocky path, hanging high in the sky on Ben Chert mountain at an altitude of hundreds of feet, was the main route to Kaysen. It was extremely difficult to enter or leave the village, and some called it a remote and inaccessible place. Locals said that the road to Kaysen was so high that even birds with wings could not fly over it, and the farmers spent half their lives traveling. Secrecy saw these conditions and felt deeply troubled. He resolved to build a new road on Ben Chert mountain. The old landowners gathered together to mock the young man for being foolish to build a road on the rugged mountain, thinking he didn't know the height of the sky. But Secrecy was determined. He gathered about 2,000 laborers and set off with them in the early morning of summer. He inspired everyone with his own actions. Through hard labor, the former 6-mile-long dangerous path, which even horses could not traverse, was finally transformed into a road that vehicles could pass. To the old landowners, this was truly an unbelievable feat. Under Secrecy's actions, a narrow path was turned into a grand highway. Secrecy then worked on building more roads, establishing factories, and constructing bridges. He enclosed the wasteland, improved it, and cultivated it. He also introduced improved farming techniques, implemented crop rotation, and encouraged the development of businesses. Within his reach, he greatly accelerated the improvement of the existing production structure and injected many new ideas into the farmers. Kaysen was originally a remote and backward place in the north, where it was even difficult for people to enter. But now, under Secrecy's influence and transformation, the transportation, agriculture,
