Features: To enable students of higher medical colleges to systematically learn and master the basic experimental skills of biochemistry and molecular biology, we have organized experienced teachers from several institutions to compile this experimental textbook. The main content of this textbook includes theory and experiments. The theoretical part systematically and concisely introduces the main technical theories of biochemistry and molecular biology, including spectrophotometry, electrophoresis, chromatography, centrifugation, dialysis, and basic molecular biology techniques. The experimental part consists of 25 experimental projects, which are organized based on different teaching objectives and follow the principle of "starting from simple to complex and progressing step by step." The experimental content is divided into basic teaching experiments, basic technical experiments, comprehensive experiments, and basic molecular cloning experiments. The experimental content can be selected according to different teaching levels and objectives. This textbook also includes several appendices that contain common data and materials in biochemistry and molecular biology for reference during study and work.
