1. Collect urine in a clean, dry container. Do not use morning urine. The best time to collect urine is between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Try to use the same time each day for urine collection. Two hours before collecting urine, reduce fluid intake, as diluted urine samples may hinder the detection of the LH peak.2. Immerse the end of the test strip marked with an arrow into the urine for about three seconds, then remove it and place it flat (see the figure in the test strip instructions). Observe the results after 10 minutes. The result is valid within 30 minutes of reading.
